The right to cook what food to eat is said to be a fundamental right, but not this Vegan family. They thinks their neighbor should not cook meat and if he wants to cook meat, then he should close his window.
In a letter which has since gone viral, the Vegan family penciled a letter to their neighbor which they began by stating that “PLEASE TAKE SERIOUSLY”.
The incident happened in “Perth’s northern suburbs”.
The writer who wrote on behalf of his Vegan family said their neighbor should close their window when they are cooking their “sickening” meat.
The content of the letter which was published by PerthNow on Facebook begins: “Hello neighbor, could you please shut your side window when cooking?”
“My family is vegan — we eat only plant-based foods — and the smell of the meat you cook makes us feel sick and upset.”
“We would appreciate your understanding — thanks. Sarah, Wayne, and kids.”
The letter was in turn submitted to Hey Perth of Facebook.The content of the letter has shocked many on Facebook, where it was posted.
