We will look at Ella Reed, the girl that survived the shark attack at a Florida beach.
Who is Ella Reed?
She is a 13 year old girl. The girl survived a shark attack and is telling the world her story.
According to the 13 year old Ella Reed, she was minding her business at Florida Beach. She said she was sitting at the shallow water at a spot close to the Jetty at Fort Pierce beach.
She added that she suddenly felt a piercing pain at her side and when she turned, it was a shark.
She said:“The shark itself was so powerful,” adding that “That was what I felt the most because it was hitting my stomach really hard.”
The teen said she had to punched the shark and it let go of her, but quickly returned. She described the kind of shark she encountered to be a bull shark which was about 5-6 foot long.
The teen said: “It wouldn’t leave me alone, so I had to use my arm and use my hand too, so it got my arm and my finger.”

The second coming of the shark made her cry for help from her mum and brother who were there with her.
Her mother spoke about the scene indicating that: “It was insane because she was totally covered in blood pretty much from head to toe so she couldn’t really see what went on.”
Her mother added that she was a bit shaken by the encounter, but is come.
Ella Reed received 19 stitches due to the attack , but is proud of her scars.
The teen was attacked in “the stomach, arm, finger and the top of her knee” according to the report that Ella Reid mother gave to WPLG.
Ella Reid reportedly received as many as 19 stitches due to the attack. She however said she is proud of her scars.
