Ken Moree whose body has been found in Spain will be discussed in this post. We will look at how he got missing. We will also tell you the details of how till his body was found and what made them know, it was him?

Who was Ken Moree?

He was an Irish man who was on holiday in Spain.

The 54 year old was from the Cork County in Ireland. His the brother of Tanya Foley.

He was holiday in the Agua Amarga which is located on the outskirts of Alicante.

Ken Moree went missing on 7th October,2022. His family could not contact him after the said date.

His sister, Tanya Foley is  said to have been advocating for the search of his brother. She  recently posted  this on her Facebook wall.

She said:

“Ken has been missing almost four months now and we would be so grateful for any new information please.”

Last November she wrote: “Ken has still not made contact with home. We would like to thank everyone for their help so far .

“We now know that Ken was in the Orihuela Costa Villamartin area on Halloween , 31st October 2022 .

“We are appealing for anybody who has seen or spoken to Ken since that date to please message privately with your information.

“We need to know that Ken is okay as he seems to have been struggling from the information we have gathered with everyone’s help so far.

“We just want Ken to know that his family and friends are here for him no matter what and that everything will be okay.”

Ken Moree sister went further to describe the kind of Person, Ken was.

She said “Ken is a sociable person and likes chatting to people so he should be visible to people “.

She also spoke about the possible places her brother could be found saying:“Please if you have seen our brother since the 31st of October get in touch . Perhaps you work in a bar, cafe, shop or hotel and he was on the premises . Maybe you saw him on the street ,in a park or on the beach”.

How  and where was Ken Moree body found?

His body was found in an area called Agua Amrga in Alicante.

A spokeswoman for the Spanish police said:“The body was found on waste ground in a street called Avenida de Elche, by council workers who were doing maintenance work in the area.”

On the question of how they knew that was Ken Moree’s body? she said: “An autopsy has yet to take place but there were no obvious signs at the scene the death was the result of a crime and at this moment in time, pending obviously the autopsy results, everything is pointing towards the death being the result of natural causes”.

His body was found at a bad state as the Spanish police spokeswoman said: “The body was obviously pretty decomposed. An autopsy will need to take place and DNA tests performed to confirm the identity of the dead man and the probable cause of death.”

The other factor that made the police believed the body is that of  Moree is that his clothes he was wearing at the time he went missing were identified  as the ones, he was wearing.

Ken Moree passport was also found at the scene along with his other belongings.

It is not clear whether the death occurred in October of last year or is one which occurred recently.

It is also not clear how his  body found was not discovered till now.
