Who was Ioana Mihaela?
She was a 30 year old lady from Meath County.
She hails from Romania and has been working in Ireland.
She has a sister by name Tocoian Estera.
Ioana Mihaela was in the security and according to her sister has been in Ireland for three years now.
She is believed to have been killed in her home.
She is said to have moved to that apartment barely a week ago.
Ioana Mihaela was found dead in her bed in her apartment which is in Riverwalk Court in Ratoah in Co Meath.

Ioana sister believed her sister is heading to heaven.
She posted this on social media:“Smooth road to heaven, my beautiful sister, you left behind a huge pain.”
What Councillor Gillian Toole said concerning Ioana Mihaela?
The local Councillor who went to the scene had this to say concerning the unfortunate termination of late Ioana’s life.
Councillor Toole said : “No more than everybody it was shock to actually see the message that residents sent me last night, and extreme sadness that a young person’s life with so much potential can come to such an abrupt end.
“I think we have to no more than the extreme sadness for this lady and her family but also neighbours here in River Wood and how they must be feeling.
“I have to say I didn’t know the couple and I just heard they only recently moved in in the last week or two.
“Why do things like this happen. This year just seems to be off the scale for violence.
“It’s just incomprehensible but I think we have to ask why.”
