Victor Willing, a British painter was born on 15th January, 1928 in Egypt. He was born to George Willing, his father and mother Cynthia Tomkins. He was colleagues to notable artist like Elisabeth Frinks, Michael Andrews and and Francis Bacon.

The popular painter works  have entered important collections including the Tate Gallery, the Arts Council and the Saatchi Collection.
