A female Gardai officer has been arrested at Dublin airport after she has been caught with cocaine.
But who is this female Gardai officer who was arrested at Dublin airport for having cocaine?
She is said to be a serving officer. The female officer who was caught with cocaine worth €100 is said to be in her 30s.
A source told the Irish mirror that she was arrested in what has been described as being part of “ongoing intelligence-led investigation”.
Where is this female officer serving?
The unnamed officer is said to be serving at the “greater Dublin area”. It is understood that the officer who is in her thirties is not serving at the airport, but was due to fly out at the time.

She is currently at home as she has been released. She is said to have been released without charge.

Gardai issued a statement to this effect: Its message said: “A female aged in her 30s was arrested by gardai this afternoon, Thursday 20th April 2023, at Dublin Airport having been found in possession of a small quantity of controlled drugs (analysis pending).
“She was taken to Ballymun Station and later released without charge. The drugs will be forwarded to (Forensic Science Ireland) for analysis.
“The female concerned is serving member of An Garda Síochána based in the Dublin Region.
“No further information is available at this time.
