He has been described as an It Consultant. Momeni is said to be the CEO of a company by name Expand IT.

His company help business with this IT needs in the area of “infrastructure and cybersecurity”.

He has a sister by name Khazar Elyassnia.

Nima Momeni, a 28 year old man stabbed Bob Lee over argument or discussion about his sister.

He is said to have known Bob Lee,but the relationship between the two was not been disclosed by the police.

He brutally stabbed the Cash app founder through his heart. This was after he argued with Lee as to whether he(Lee) was doing “anything inappropriate” with his sister as new court documents released reveals.

How did Nima Momeni attack Bob Lee?

The 28 year old on the said date drove the Cash app founder to a “dark and secluded area” of San Francisco.

The documents which were sited by nypost.com said the charging documents allegedly revealed that Momeni stabbed Bob Lee with a kitchen knife.

After the attack, Momeni brought the knife to his home and this the police believes was Nima Momeni murder of Bob Lee was a “planned and deliberate.”

It is possible that Momeni told his sister that he was going to attack Lee.

This is because, his sister texted Lee at the time of the attack and this was the text she sent to him:

“Just wanted to make sure your doing ok Cause I know nima came wayyyyyy down hard on you,”

She added:

“And thank you for being such a class man handling it with class. Love you Selfish pricks.”

The 28 year old Nima was arrested on Thursday after the police did a lengthy investigation on the famous murder.

Police said Lee went to Momeni sister’s home in the afternoon of April 3. The two of them drank with one other witness and one other person who live in Momeni sister’s home. Lee went back to his hotel and that was when he spoke with Momeni on phone. The witness and Lee went to Lee’s home and they stay there for a while. Lee left his apartment at 12.30am, but the witness did not go with him and that was the last time he saw him.

The unnamed witness then called Elyassnia, Momeni sister and asked about the where about of Lee on the morning of 4th April.

Momeni sister said Lee came over, but for a short while and he left while she was asleep.

There is a video recording which showed that Lee actually went back to Elyassnia’s place on April 4th.

There is another video which showed Lee with Momeni “an elevator together at 2:03 a.m. in the ritzy building before the two got into the alleged killer’s white BMW”.

There is also another video which captured Momeni and Lee standing outside of a BMW car.

It is believed that Momeni stabbed Lee “three separate times. “Assistant District Attorney Omid Talai wrote.

“One of the wounds, showing a direct and clear intent to kill, penetrated the Victim’s heart.”

Another video showed “Lee walking away injured and Momeni walking near the area where the murder weapon was discovered”. The said video was not clear enough, but the BMW car then sped off at a very high speed leaving Lee “to slowly die.”
