She lost her two kids in the incident.
The woman who survived the accident is said to be under heavy sedation and may not be able to be interviewed for many days to come.
The two children were aged two and five years respectively.
The two kids who perished in the fire incident are named to be Thelma and Michael.
The incident happened near the Multyfarnham ,Co Westmeath.
Lynn Egar is said to still be in the hospital, when she was airlifted and taken to the hospital from the scene.
The incident is being treated as suspicious, as community remain in shock.
Investigators working on the case are said to be treating the fatal fire as suspicious.
Reports had it that a technical and forensic examinations continued yesterday. Gardai has been reported to have made door-to-door enquires and their helicopter flew above the scene in “the townland of Lacken for most of the afternoon”.
A roman father of the Multyfarnham Franciscan Abbey,Father John O’Brien is quoted to have said people “are wandering around in a haze” and there is an “overwhelming feeling of shock and sadness”.
He continued :
“It is going to take a while for it to sink in. One woman who knew them told me they were lovely children and full of life. While any death is terrible, it is worse when it is children.
“A lot of people are gathering to talk about what has happened, mothers are meeting with their children and sitting in the gardens. There is that togetherness,” he said.
