Kate Donohoe, woman who was found dead in a house in Dublin will be our focus.

Who was Kate Donohoe?

Kate is 35 year old woman.

She was a volunteer at Meath Dog Shelter.

She died along with her seven-month old son.

The name of the Kate’s seven months old son is Vincent.

There  are reports that there was no one apart from Kate in the  Beechfield estate property.

Gardai have indicated that they are looking no one else in Donohoe death.

The incident occurred on Saturday in a West Dublin.

Kate Donohoe died in a murder-suicide

There are reports that a note was found at the scene where Kate and Vincent’s bodies were found.

The note was found in a bedroom which is located upstairs  in the property which is located on Clonee.

It has been reported that Gardai might have been alerted about her when a friend of hers became concerned when she could not get in touch with her after nearly 24 hours.

The case according information gathered indicates that Garda are treating the deaths as a family tragedy.

The animal rescue service center where Kate volunteered paid tributes to her and her son.

They said : “We are deeply saddened to hear the news of the loss of Kate and her son. Kate volunteered her services to any dog that needed help anywhere in Ireland.

“She often groomed dogs for us that were badly in need and helped us to find homes for dogs too. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, her friends, and those in the community affected by her passing.”

Police are waiting on a postmortem examination to determine their next line of action.
