Hannah Marth is “an Easton Area School District teacher”.
She has been charged for an “institutional sexual assault”. She has been described by the District Attorney Terence Houck as breaking:“A trusted relationship between a student-athlete, an athlete’s parent, and a coach can be a vulnerable one.” Adding that: “An abuse of that relationship shows a coach’s blatant disregard for the well-being of those she or he coached, and above all — the law.
“This defendant defied that trust when she committed this alleged crime against the victim.”
Who is Hannah Marth victim and how did it happened?
The 26 year old teacher reportedly texted a message around 2 am to the victim.
The text invited the victim and the pair had sex together.

Her victim is a 17 year old athlete and was being coached by Hannah Marth.
She was a javelin coach to the victim and her victim has been described as an active member of the track and field program of the school.
Hannah Marth confirmed that the sexual relations actually went on between the two of them.
Her charges is said to be a third degree felonies.
Is Hannah Marth in jail?
She is not in jail as she has been freed on $75,000 unsecured bail.
This follows after she was arraigned on Thursday. The school where she used to coach has been informed “and will take all necessary action to ensure the safety of our students”, according to the Easton Superintendent David Piperato.
