Eamon Holmes got married to his wife Gabrielle Holmes back in 1985.
The Television presenter shared three amazing kids with her.
The Kids that Gabrielle Holmes shared with Eamonn are Declan, Rebecca and Niall.
The former love birds had to separate in 1994, nine years after marriage.
Gabrielle Holmes separation from the Television presenter was a number of things.
They include Eamonn Holmes father’s death and his career in Journalism.
His time spent outside the home was a contributing factor to the collapse of the marriage.

Holmes shared more light about events leading to their separation and divorce. He is reported accirding to the Sun that:
‘Gabrielle was increasingly indifferent and I didn’t know why. I needed her close, I needed her to reach me and ease my pain, but she had concerns of her own, principal of which was an impending birth.’
“That was the first time I realised there wasn’t that emotional support there for me, though I probably had suspected it,
“By that stage we tended to be apart during the week because of my job, and I had no trouble with that – though Gabrielle obviously did.
“I always believed absence would make the heart grow fonder and, in fact, the commuting heightened my desperation for her, made the time less bearable and longer. But it gave my wife a life of her own, with her children, and come weekends I was intruding on it, y’know.”
Eamonn Holmes shared fond memories of his ex-wife whom he said he had an amicable divorce with.
He said: “Gabrielle will always be in my life because she’s the mother of three of my children.
“I am convinced now that there will always be a closeness between us, like a brother/sister thing. I will always be there for her and I assume she will always be there for me, and we will both always be there for the kids and they will never feel uneasy, say, sitting around a table with their mom and dad, talking about things.
“We now holiday together, go to the cinema together and all of that is a tribute to Gabrielle and a tribute to me – and, most importantly of all, our children are happy.”

Eamonn Holmes who also holds an OBE is a northern Irish former Journalist and now broadcaster.
He has a twelve years experience as a presenter for GMTV. He was with them from 1993 all the way to 2005.
He them made a move to Sky News Sunrise, which he did between 2005 to 2016.
The celebrated broadcaster had the opportunity to present This morning along with his second wife, Ruth Holmes.
He switched camp to GB News in early 2022. He is co-presenting the breakfast show with Isabel Webster.
The broadcaster who had advocacy for many charities is also promoting activities of his Native Northern Ireland Kidney patients association.
