Eric McDermott will be discussed in this post. We will tell you about how he raped one of his male students.

Who is Eric McDermott?

He is a 59 year old man. He is a geography teacher at a Junior High school.

McDermott  is also a basketball team coach.

The 59 year old is said to have to taught the victim. This was when the victim was 15 years old.

He them met him(the victim) through a dating hookup back in 2020.

McDermott started sending the victim his nude photos. He is said to have also communicated with his victim on the site for a number of days.

He then contacted his 16 year old victim and picked him up. He sent the teenager to his room where he raped him.

Eric Dermott arrest and charges.

He was arrested on Monday for that crime. His charges included rape and sexual battery.

The Boise School District where Dermott used to teach sent letters to parents telling them that  the suspect,McDermott was put on leave. This was after his arrest on sexual battery on a 16/17 years.

Part of the letter read:“We understand that this news will raise concerns about student safety and we want to assure our families that the District is full cooperating with law enforcement and prosecutors as they investigate this matter.”
