The article looks at how New York Police rescue a teen from burning car.

There is a footage released by the New York State Police  showing how two villain troopers rescued teenage driver from vehicle which was in flames.

The incident happened on Friday.

The troopers who undertook this herculean task are  Michael Winkelman and James Flynn-Kocourek.

The two were on Middlebush Road in the early hours of that fateful Friday morning.

They heard a crash in the town of Wappinger  around 3.26 am on 22nd September,2022.

They went in an effort to investigate the sound and to their shock, they found that a 2007 Honda Odyssey  run into a barn and went into flames.

The fire is said to have spread in a flask from the car to the barn.

The two initially tried to put off the fire, but had a change of mind, where they had to change gears and went to rescue the a 17 year old driver who was unresponsive at the time.

In the video, you will see one of the troopers pulling the teenager driver out of the car through the passenger side to safety.

The driver who was said to be drunk was taken to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital and was later arrested for drunk driving.
The NYSP said on social media that “As the video shows, their decisive actions likely prevented a tragedy.”
The fire which later turned huge as seen in the picture below had to be put off by several fire departments.
It had consumed  the barn completely as well as a utility pole.
