Ukrainian Refugee girl who was stabbed 75 times lucky to have vital organs intact: as screams alerted garda to the scene.

The Ukrainian Refugee girl who was stabbed 75 times in Clare has been described as a lucky girl as she remains in critical condition.

She is said to have a fighting chance as none of the 75 stabs that were meant to kill her hit her vital organs.

A source allegedly told the Irish mirror that: “It’s wait and see but the fact her major organs weren’t hit has given her a fighting chance.”

She girl suffered several injuries to her neck and body in what has been described as a frenzied Knife attack.

The 8 year old Unnamed Ukrainian refugee has been from Limerick University Hospital to Crumlin Children’s Hospital.

The mother who was also found unconscious still remains at the Limerick University Hospital where her conditions is still critical.

Residents  around the house near Clarecastle, Co Clare first made attempts to enter the house but failed.

They then alerted Gardai and emergency services after the screams continued.

Gardai had indicated that they are not looking for anyone else in the case.

It is likely that the child suffered those stabs from her own mother. The mother might have stabbed her and did something to her self which made her unconscious.

The child is said to have started primary school in the area.
