A voice mail has emerged about the Texas mall shooter ranting about money before shooting his victims.
The voicemail which was obtained by Fox digital revealed the Mauricio Garcia ranting about money.
He is quoted to have said:
“Hi, this is Mauricio. If you’re the phone company, I sent you the money, or if you’re my parents, please send money,” he says.
“If you are my financial aid institution, you didn’t lend me enough money, if you are a friend, you owe me money. And if you are a female, don’t worry, I have plenty of money.”

He wore a patch which had the inscription “RWDS,”.
The RWDS is an acronym which stands for “Right Wing Death Squad” .
This is said to be a phrase which is popular among white supremacy groups.
