The trend for young people to get quick cash is on the rise and it got to a height in town in the Eastern region of Ghana.
Three young men who are said to be between 19 and 25 allegedly abandoned a box said to contain a snake.
The three young men brought the snake to the Nkurakan township in the Yilo Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The men said they took the said snake from a ritualist. The three men added that they took the snake from the ritual at the very spot where they dropped it.
Their issue was that the ritualist told them that they should feed the snake and after 30 days, the snake will be begin producing money for them.
The snake was to be feed with eggs among other things and the young men kept their side of the bargain till the snake could not deliver.
This angered the three men who brought the snake in a box as pictured below.

The men sped off in a car after dropping the box.
The ritualist came for the snake just after the men dropped it. It is not clear if there was communication between the the two parties.
The drama drew many residents of the area to the scene to witness what they only see in movies.
Police officers in the area are now looking for the three young men and the ritulaist who vanished into thin air after the drama unfolded.
