Graphiconline is reporting that three suspected robbers have been gunned down in Obosomase in the Eastern region of Ghana.
The incident happened around Midday today 23rd August 2022.
The bodies of the suspected robbers have been deposited at the Tetteh Quarshie Hospital at Mampong, Akuapem.
It has been reported that a gang of four persons engaged the police in the shoot-out.
Unfortunately three were gunned down while one was arrested.
The names of the death are given as Ahwireng, Akroma and Elisha who are all natives of the town.
Two of the dead: Ahwireng and Akroma are all ex-convicts.
Joys News reports that the robbers might have been traced all the way from Accra, where it is believed they robbed.
Some residents of the area reports that the there were gun shots at the area and when they got to the scene, they saw the three lying in a pool of blood.
