NPP writes to Alan over ‘Aduro wo so’ health walk

The National Steering Committee of the governing NPP has penciled a long letter to 2024 flagbearer hopeful, Alan Kyerematen. This is in respect of the health walk that was held in Kumasi by supporters of the trade’s Minister last week.
In their statement, the party noted that members of the elephant fraternity have been written to over similar campaign activities.
The party say the Trade Minister will be answering questions bothering on the massive walk dubbed “Aduro Wo So” organised in his name at Kumasis in the Ashanti Region on Sunday contrary to the party’s code of conduct.
“Subsequently, the attention of the National Steering Committee of the party was drawn to these instance during the Committee’s meeting on Monday, August 15, 2022. The Committee resolved that Hon. Ekow Vincent Assafuah and Mr. Hopeson Adorye be invited to appear before the National Complaints Committee as provided for in the party’s Code of Conduct.
“Additionally, under the instruction of the National Steering Committee,MrAlan Kyerematen has been written to in respect of the “Aduro Wo So Health walk” that was organized in his name,” the General Secretary of the party, Justin Frimpong Kodua indicated in a statement date August 17, 2022.
