Jonathan Hogg who was mauled to death by an American death will be discussed.
Who was Jonathan Hogg?
Hogg was a 37 year old man. The Manchester dad was attacked by a dog on Thursday night.
Jonathan a well loved dad, was said to be viciously attacked by the American XL dog.
Known popularly as ‘Oggy’, Hogg was found with injuries described as serious.
He was rushed to hospital where he sadly died.

The”was humanely destroyed due to the “significant risk” it posed to the public”.
This follows the efforts made by armed police officers attempt to control the dog.
More dogs arrested following Jonathan Hogg’s death
There are reports that as many as 15 dogs were arrested after Mr. Hogg’s death.
The Greater Manchester Police have now said that items valued at approximately £37,500 which are said to be “criminal proceeds” since been seized.
The dogs that killed Hogg are said to be the same breed that were arrested.
Suspect picked up following Jonathan Hogg’s dog attack.
A suspect who is said to be 24-year-old man has been arrested. He was arrested yesterday on “suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog causing injury resulting in death”.
Another suspect who is a 22 year old woman was also picked up on “suspicion of money laundering last night”.
