Billy Packer was born on 25th February,1940 as Anthony William Paczkowski.

He was an American sportscaster. Billy Packer was also an author.

He was famed for being color analyst for television. He worked for College basketball television coverage and had over three decades experience in doing that.

Billy’s career in Broadcasting began in 1972. It began in Raleigh, N.C and he made push which saw him made a leap to the national level at NBC in 1974.
