An Immigration Officer has been crashed to death in the Upper West region of Ghana.
The name of the Officer who met his untimely death in this incident is ICO Mark Adaako.
The report is that the officer was run over by an articulated truck between Segru and Puffien on the Nandom Hamile road.

The remains of the young Officer who is only 34 is said to have been mutilated as a result of the crash.
The remains of ICO Mark Adaako has since been deposited at the Nandom Hospital for reservation..
The driver and mate of the truck who crashed the young officer to death were nowhere to be found when the local Police arrived on the scene of the accident.
