Rubin Daniels is a 49-year-old Brazilian ex-pat and solar industry worker. This amazing woman is on a quest to start remarkable path to revitalizing a small Italian town.
Following the announcement by the Italian “initiative to repopulate abandoned areas”. She allegedly purchased three “dilapidated homes in Mussomeli, a picturesque town in Sicily, for a jaw-dropping price of $3.30 (35.64) combined”.
