According to one Kofi Atta, the farmer in question, while he was sleeping, he dreamt of cutting meat. But unknown to him, he was actually cutting part of his male genital.
The question is was he holding blade or knife while sleeping? or it he was walking while sleeping, went for the knife still asleep and cutting still a sleep?
But don’t be fast to link it witchcraft, as i am also thinking about, the condition is referred to as parasomnia.
It is explained to mean a sleep disorder that involves unusual and undesirable physical events or experiences that disrupt your sleep.
Kofi Atta who spoke to Adom News said he woke up from sleep to find himself in a pool of blood.
The wife of the farmer, one Adwoa Konadu indicated that this is not the first time her husband has carried out an activity while sleeping.

She added that the husband often walks, talks and occasionally fights while asleep.
The victim is said to be in a stable condition at St Francis Xavier hospital in Assin Fosu and has been referred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
Reports had it that the farmers relatives are unable to raise GH₵600 to fuel an ambulance provided by the National Ambulance Service, hence Kofi Atta is yet to obtain further medical care.
