Akuapem Poloo is now a Muslim. The actress seem to have taken her fans by surprise as she announced on social media about her change in religion.
Poloo announced on her Instagram page that she has converted from Christianity to Islam. The actress added pictures to her post to authenticate the truth of what she was saying.
In the pictures the actress is surrounded by people who helped her in her conversion to Islam and she is also seen holding out her ablution container.
Poloo is also seen with her hair covered wearing a loose fitting dress while holding an ablution kettle and a prayer mat.
“Alhamdulillah full Muslim now. Thanks to the Deputy Imam of ASWAJ Ga West and Cheif Imam on Nsakina Quran Reciter and his board for assisting in this,” she wrote.
Akuapem Poloo, who did not give reason for her conversion, used the opportunity to veteran actress Kalsoume Sinare, who is a Muslim, for her support.
“Sometimes you just have to overlook somethings and focus on your life yeah let them think what they want. You just do what you want. Just make sure what you do pleases ALLAH 🙏🙌,” she wrote.
